Tracking Shipped Package
With your order number and billing zip code, you can track the progress of your order by following the Track Order link at the top of the www.thomasdeanco.com website or by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
UPS tracking information provides you with real time shipping itinerary for your order. With the most recent information is listed at the top, the tracking information shows each time your package is scanned, when it arrives at and departures from each UPS shipping hub. A final scan is made when it arrives at your door.
A tracking number is assigned when your package leaves our warehouse, and the first scan usually is made within a few more hours after your purchase. It is after this indicial scan that the UPS tracking information will be available on the www.thomasdeanco.com website and on www.UPS.com.
Sizing Chart
We cut our sleeves longer to allow for 2-3% shrinkage after laundering. It typically takes a couple washing to complete the shrinking process. You should expect roughly an inch to an inch and a half reduction in the sleeve length.
How to measure
- Chest: the tape measure should be up under the arms and straight across the shoulder blades.
- Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck (at the Adam’s apple). Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for comfortable fit.
- Sleeve: With elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back directly below the neck, across the shoulder and elbow to the wrist. The total inches will be your sleeve length.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
