RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Free Exchange & Easy Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your online purchase for any reason withing 60 days of purchase. If you are exchanging an item(s), the shipping is free.

Please ship all online purchase returns and exchanges back to us in good condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn items unless a defect in manufacturing is found.

Free Exchanges

Fill out the exchange portion of your pre-paid return label and drop your exchange in the mail. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once the package has arrived at our distribution center. In-stock replacement items will be sent out promptly using our standard shipping method.

Returns Are Easy

We have enclosed a pre-paid return label for your convenience. We will issue all applicable return credits within 10 business days of receiving the returned package.

It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundabel for returned items. A charge of $8.00 will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover the cost of the return shipping. Please save your tracking number for your security. ThomasDeanCo.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

You do not have to use the pre-paid label. It is for your convenience. If you choose not to use the pre-paid shipping label, the $8 shipping fee will not be charged. When using a different return shipping method, please send merchandise along with a copy of your order invoice to the following address:

We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your package. Please note, although we will credit your account within 10 business days it may take longer to appear on your statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

International Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns or exchanges on orders shipping to international locations, unless the merchandise is defective. Gifts & Final Sale Items

We do not accept exchanges or returns purchased from other retailers or online stores. Items purchased as a gift can not be returned for cash. Gift items may only be exchanged for a similarly priced item. ThomasDeanCo.com does not accept returns or exchanges on any time marked "Final Sale". Gift certificates can not be returned or redeemed for cash. All exchange deliveries are pursuant to merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions. Our return shipping fee and associated terms and conditions are subject to change at thomasdeanco.com's sole discretion.
