U.S. Shipping Options & Fees

For your convenience, Thomas Dean Co offers three shipping options: Standard, UPS 2nd day, and UPS overnight.

• Standard ground ($8): Items typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days after receipt of your order.
• 3rd Day Business ($15)*
• 2nd Day Business ($21)*

Orders must be placed before 11:30AM Pacific Standard Time to qualify for 3rd or 2nd day express shipping. All express shipping orders placed after 11:30AM PST will leave our distribution center the following day.

NOTE: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses may also require one or more additional business days to deliver.

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

Follow these four easy steps:

	Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
	Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
	Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.
